Accepted Payment Methods
Most orders are processed through PayPal's secure server, regardless of your payment method: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or bank draft.
Don't have a PayPal account? No problem! You don't need one, but before you pay by credit card, you should view a sample payment page to locate the link you'll need to click during checkout.

We also accept money orders purchased from the United States Post Office. To avoid counterfeits, we do not accept money orders from other vendors.

Shipping Areas Covered
We ship primarily to the continental United States. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada is limited to Quick Order products. To find these products, simply type QUICKSHIP in the search box or click here.

Delivery Time
The time required to process your order varies with every product. Each product detail includes estimated processing time and shipping methods that apply to that particular product.
To estimate when your order will arrive, see the product details, then add the time to process your order with shipping time that is based on the method you select (ie., Standard, Expedited, or Express).
For products that require more processing time, selecting a faster delivery method does not significantly reduce the delivery time.
For products with the Quick Order option, 24-hour processing is available for an additional $5.00 fee. For more information, see our Quick Order policy.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and the delivery method you select. You can view our shipping rates or wait until checkout and click on the shipping estimate link.

Product Returns, Refunds & Damages
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that your order cannot be filled, you will receive a prompt, full refund.
Before returning any product, you must contact us for an RMA number. We accept any product returned in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
We charge a 15-20% restocking fee for most returned items but if a product was found to be defective, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Important: If damage or loss occurs during shipment, please save the original packaging and contact us immediately!

Sales Tax
We are required to collect state and local sales tax for all deliveries to Florida. Delivery to any other state is tax-exempt except for certain items delivered from non-Florida warehouses. For example, items from the World of Products catalog are subject to California sales tax; items from Maxim are subject to Texas sales tax.
