Most orders are processed through PayPal's secure server, regardless of your payment method: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Bank draft.

 We also accept money orders purchased from the United States Post Office. To avoid counterfeits, we do not accept money orders from other vendors.

Product Returns, Refunds & Damages
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that your order cannot be filled, you will receive a prompt, full refund.
Before returning any product, you must contact us for an RMA number. We accept any product returned in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
We charge a 15-20% restocking fee for most returned items but if a product was found to be defective, a refund or replacement will be issued.
 Important: If damage or loss occurs during shipment, please save the original packaging and contact us immediately!

Sales Tax
We are required to collect state and local sales tax for all deliveries to Florida. Delivery to any other state is tax-free except for purchases of World of Products items, which are subject to California sales tax.
